Our dues that we pay to the national society of American Turners have raised, therefore we are inclined to raise our dues. Beginning in 2024 our dues will be raised $10, making it $135 for annual membership to our club: $65 for Member-at-Large: $35 for Students outside 100 miles in college.
40 YEAR PARTY
Invitations have been sent out, please RSVP back to Michelle Lay. Cocktails start at 6 and dinner is served at 7. The event is Friday, October 27th. It is invite only.
Forms have been sent out. These are due by December 31st. You can Venmo or drop a check or cash at the club. Please fill out the membership form and mail it back or drop it back at the club. Do not forget you can also add $60 to get into next year's split the pot, which is $5 a month and drawn at the monthly board meetings.
If you do not plan on rejoining, please let us know and mail your key cards back to us. Thank you for your patronage.
Elections will be held the first Monday in March, 2024. If you are interested
in running next year, please reach out to a current board member.
WHEN LAST TO LEAVE THE CLUB, PLEASE REMEMBER TO DROP THE LARGE BILLS IN THE SAFE AND MAKE SURE THE BACK DOOR IS CLOSED.
If you bring a guest, you are responsible for the guest and their children.
A member of our club has expressed interest in starting a euchre group/club/tournament. If this is something that you are interested in, please contact Aline Summe at 859-801-6429 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR CHILD OR TEENAGER YOUR CARD. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult member. Once they are 18, they may join as an individual member. Your children may bring an occasional guest. Children are not permitted in the workout area.
Violations of the above may result in your key card being revoked.
Board meetings are every third Monday and begin at 7:00pm. The next meeting will be November 20th. Members are encouraged to attend, especially if there is something you would like to address with the club.
Thank you to those who participated in the Trunk-or-Treat, we had a great turn out of cars and great weather for the event. Also thank you to our cook, Justin James, for the great food at Oktoberfest. Another successful event. Next up will be the Christmas party for the kids. If you are interested in volunteering, please reach out to a board member.
We are still looking for volunteers to help with our Holiday parties. Contact a board member if interested.
A big thank you to Justin Smith, Ian Smith, Eric & Kelly Sammons, Tom Nader, Chad & Amanda Moran, Eric & Tara Tully, all the coaches and other volunteers that helped with this inaugural league. It was a great success and was enjoyed by all.

Basketball leagues- Mid November
Practices are starting this week. The gym is occupied almost daily through the week from 5:30 to 8:30ish with practices. Boys’ games will start November 18th. Instructional for our K, 1st and 2nd grade boys will start November 18th and the girls will start November 19th. Times TBA. If you still have a jersey, please return it to the coaches at practice. We are still missing quite a few jerseys.

Please know that only members are permitted in our weight room and gym. No guests are permitted. Please respect your club and fellow members and return your weights to the proper place prior to leaving your machine/equipment. If you are the last person to leave, please turn off all lights. Locker Dues are due now! Put $3.00 in an envelope with your name on it and put it in the safe.
Please know that our club hours are from 6:00am to 1:00am. No one should be in the club between the hours of 1:00am and 6:00am. If you are the last one to leave, please turn off all lights.
We do our best to recognize our members dealing with death and illness but do not always know and do not intentionally exclude anyone. If you have something to share please contact email@example.com.
The third floor and outside garden are available for parties and special events. The cost is $250. Turner's will keep $150 and the other $100 will be applied to the cost of beer, soft drinks and water that must be purchased from the club. Beer is $35 per case, White Claw is $50 per case, Gatorade is $25 per case, water and soft drinks are $15 per case. You must furnish your own ice and any food you want to serve. No bands are permitted. No helium balloons are permitted on the third floor. You will find an application behind the bar at the club and soon to be available on-line.
