ELECTIONS
The next elections will be held in March 2025. If you are interested in running for the board, please speak to a current board member.
GYM CLOSED
The gym will be closed on Sunday, April 28th at 12 and will plan on being reopened on May 8th. You can still access the workout room but cannot use the gym during this time. We will keep you updated through email and facebook. The reopen date could change depending on the weather.
RAT RACES
The 45th running of the Ludlow Derby Rat Races will be held on Friday, May 3rd. Set-up will start on Sunday the 28th after the volleyball tournament. Set-up will continue on Tuesday the 30th through Thursday the 2nd. Big set-up night will be on Tuesday, if you are free to help.
OUR CLUB
WHEN LAST TO LEAVE THE CLUB, PLEASE REMEMBER TO DROP THE LARGE BILLS IN THE SAFE AND MAKE SURE THE BACK DOOR IS CLOSED.
If you bring a guest, you are responsible for the guest and their children.
Turners now has an email to answer things that may need to be addressed. We will do our best to answer as quickly as possible. turnerscovington@gmail.com
ALL MEMBERS:
DO NOT GIVE YOUR CHILD OR TEENAGER YOUR CARD. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult member. Once they are 18, they may join as an individual member. Your children may bring an occasional guest. Children are not permitted in the workout area.
Violations of the above may result in your key card being revoked.
BOARD MEETINGS
Board meetings are every third Monday and begin at 7:00pm. The next meeting will be May 20th. Members are encouraged to attend, especially if there is something you would like to address with the club.
PARTY PLANNING
We are still looking for volunteers to help with our Holiday parties. Contact a board member if interested.

Please see a board member if interested in this monthly drawing. Please do not sign yourself on the split the pot board. Cost is $5.00 per month. You can sign up for as many or as few months as you like.

If you are having issues with your key card, please contact Linda Houston at 859-468-9353 or email turnerscovington@gmail.com. If you lose it, please notify Linda Houston immediately so it can be deactivated. To replace a card is $15.00.

WEIGHT ROOM
Please know that only members are permitted in our weight room and gym. No guests are permitted. Please respect your club and fellow members and return your weights to the proper place prior to leaving your machine/equipment. If you are the last person to leave, please turn off all lights. Locker Dues are due now! Put $3.00 in an envelope with your name on it and put it in the safe.
CLUB HOURS
Please know that our club hours are from 6:00am to 1:00am. No one should be in the club between the hours of 1:00am and 6:00am. If you are the last one to leave, please turn off all lights.
INFORMATION NEEDED
We do our best to recognize our members dealing with death and illness but do not always know and do not intentionally exclude anyone. If you have something to share please contact turnerscovington@gmail.com.
RENTAL INFORMATION
The third floor and outside garden are available for parties and special events. The cost is $250. Turner's will keep $150 and the other $100 will be applied to the cost of beer, soft drinks and water that must be purchased from the club. Beer is $35 per case, White Claw is $50 per case, Gatorade is $25 per case, water and soft drinks are $15 per case. You must furnish your own ice and any food you want to serve. No bands are permitted. No helium balloons are permitted on the third floor. You will find an application behind the bar at the club and soon to be available on-line.
